Payment Terms

The non-refundable deposit must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any design work. Payment can be made via our preferred payment methods, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

As the deposit is non-refundable, no refunds will be issued in the event of project cancellation by the customer. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling of the project within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability.

 

Project Timeline

The project timeline will commence upon receipt of the deposit, and we will work diligently to meet all agreed-upon project milestones and deadlines. Delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges or a revision of the project timeline.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights arising from the 3D design project will remain the property of the customer upon project completion and full payment of all fees. However, we reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
